India is the next big EV hub. To catch up with the rest of the world, our revolution must start with electric-powered two-wheelers and three-wheelers. These vehicles come under the category of Light electric vehicles or LEV's.

No standardized protocol and charging connectors across the LEV industry
CONNECTOR INPUTS
One of the biggest challenges with EV adoption is the availability of parking and charging spaces. Users who do not have a place to recharge their vehicles do not even consider the purchase of an electric two-wheeler or three-wheeler. The LEV industry is unorganized in terms of charging interoperability & rapid charging and it needs to be solved.

The BCA is an open platform to discuss and work together in creating a safer ecosystem for the LEV industry. Cross-industry stakeholders like EV OEMs, charger & charging station makers, component manufacturers, energy providers, charge point operators, and many others work together to form interoperable charging infrastructure and help end the anxiety and apprehension about the EVs and their ecosystem

Mission of the alliance is to form interoperable charging infrastructure for all the alliance members and its customers and help end the anxiety and apprehension about the EVs and its ecosystem
